History
Hoi Jeon Moo Sool is a form of Korean martial arts that was developed by Grandmaster Myung Jae Ok (명재옥, b. 1938) which uses circular motions in order to direct an opponent’s power against him/her. Hoi Jeon Moo Sool means “the circular martial art.”
Hoi Jeon Moo Sool means “the revolving martial art.” where (Hoi Jeon) means to revolve and (Moo Sool) means martial art.
Hoi Jeon Moo Sool or Circle Motion Martial Art is the “Ultimate Self Defense System” for both men and women, regardless of age. Hoi Jeon Moo Sool is a gentle, almost effortless self defense system where you use your opponents’ attack to defeat him.

Style
Swiftly counter the attack, break his balance, and pin him into submission using a simple circular movement. Hoi Jeon Moo Sool is a defensive martial art specializing in circular trapping blocks, wristlocks, arm pins, and unbalancing throws to neutralize and control aggressors without the need to cause serious injury to the attacker. This makes Hoi Jeon Moo Sool a highly refined and specialized self defense system that not only enables you to defeat your enemy but to also control him. Most of the people think that fighting is synonymous with muscles. However, Hoi Jeon Moo Sool came to break this rule. This “revolving art” uses the opponent’s power against him/her.
