The VTC attaches great importance to a proper warm that promote the learning of sequences of Viet Tai Chi and avoids the occurrence of injuries and muscle strains.
So, normally, you will start training with exercises for the head, neck, shoulders, arms, chest, back and legs. In everyday life we tend, in fact, to sit in the car or at your desk and
loosen the joints becomes difficult. The move allows us to improve fitness and posture and each exercise of Viet Tai Chi will be more elegant and correct.
In the second part of the training you will practice forms of Viet Tai Chi, the Quyen, which are motion sequences encoded in the tradition of this art.
