History
The Viet Tai Chi, whose literal translation is "cultivating Energy (Internal) to rise", is a discipline that was created and spread to Europe in the early 90s by Master Charles Phan Hoang.
This art is defined in various ways: as "the art of maintaining their own health," "art of living better", "the way of the strong and happy" or even "moving meditation." In reality it is sequences (quyen) of various types: lens, flexible, hard, fast, but always be proposed to anyone.
Viet Tai Chi is a set of physical movements and techniques of management of the internal energy (C'hi, or Qi ), which (according to the medical theories Eastern) flows through channels in the body called meridians preferential energy.

Style
The VTC attaches great importance to a proper warm that promote the learning of sequences of Viet Tai Chi and avoids the occurrence of injuries and muscle strains.
So, normally, you will start training with exercises for the head, neck, shoulders, arms, chest, back and legs. In everyday life we tend, in fact, to sit in the car or at your desk and loosen the joints becomes difficult. The move allows us to improve fitness and posture and each exercise of Viet Tai Chi will be more elegant and correct.
In the second part of the training you will practice forms of Viet Tai Chi, the Quyen, which are motion sequences encoded in the tradition of this art.
